Historical interior design, Unique room amenities, Charming decor
Cleanliness could use serious attention!!! Hot rooms created an uncomfortable stay, especially without air conditioning. Parking arrangements were confusing and limited, adding hassle to the experience!!! Maintenance issues definitely need resolution!!!

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Shakespeare's Birthplace, both easy walks from the hotel. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Good base for exploring, with cozy rooms and nice facilities. Definitely coming back!
We had a little issue with dinner when my husband ordered mussels, but they were unavailable, and we were mistakenly charged for them.
